1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Lawbubu LLC, located at:

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Lawbubu LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent that they meet all eligibility requirements. Entrants agree to accept the decisions of Lawbubu LLC as final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.
4. Promotion Period
Giveaways are held on a weekly or monthly basis within the Lawbubu LLC Skool community. Each individual Promotion’s start and end dates will be announced within the Skool platform. Entries submitted before or after the applicable entry period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must be current members of the Lawbubu LLC Skool community during the announced entry period.
Eligible members are automatically entered into the drawing.
No purchase, payment, or specific activity is required to enter.
Only one entry per person per Promotion period will be counted.
6. Prizes
Prizes may include cash awards, digital or physical gift cards, or physical items (such as headphones, laptops, backpacks, or other merchandise) selected by Lawbubu LLC.
Approximate retail values (ARV) of prizes will vary by Promotion.
No cash or other substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Prizes are non-transferable.
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with the prize not specified herein.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible community members using a random number generator or equivalent randomization process, under the supervision of Lawbubu LLC.
Winners will be notified by direct message or post within the Skool community within seven (7) days of selection.
Lawbubu LLC shall have no liability for winners’ failure to receive notices due to spam, privacy settings, or incorrect contact information.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Publicity and Privacy
By accepting the prize, winners grant Lawbubu LLC permission to use their name, likeness, and Skool username for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and in accordance with Lawbubu LLC’s privacy policy.
9. Taxes and Reporting
For any prize with a value of $600 USD or more in a calendar year, winners may be required to complete a Form W-9 and will receive a Form 1099-MISC for tax reporting.
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
10. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lawbubu LLC, Skool Inc., and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:
(a) entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or acceptance of any prize;
(b) technical failures; or
(c) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion.

This Promotion is hosted by Lawbubu LLC and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Skool Inc.
12. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, without respect to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
13. Changes to Rules
Lawbubu LLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Lawbubu LLC in its sole discretion.
